1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
The item received is defective, damaged, or expired.
The wrong item was delivered.
The order was canceled before dispatch.
The parcel was not delivered due to logistical issues caused by Local City Mall.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
The item was damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Perishable items that have been opened or consumed.
Orders are canceled after dispatch.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests
To be eligible for a refund, you must raise a request within:
24 hours of delivery for groceries, food, and pharmacy items.
7 days of delivery for non-perishable items and parcels.

4. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
Online Payments: The amount will be credited back to your account within 7-10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer. You will be required to provide your bank account details for the refund.
5. Replacement Option
In some cases, you may choose to receive a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained. For canceled orders, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
